Arknights Endfield will launch on PlayStation®5 on January 22, 2026 (UTC+8). This guide covers the official FAQ regarding PSN account binding with Hypergryph Pass and cross-platform progress sync.
Account Binding FAQ
Q1: What is PSN and Hypergryph Pass account sync?
Account sync allows two different platform accounts (PSN account and Hypergryph Pass phone number) to share game progress. After binding eligible accounts, you can:
- Log in on iOS/Android/PC using Hypergryph Pass
- Log in on PlayStation® using the bound PSN account
- Both will share the same game progress
Q2: How to achieve account sync?
You need to bind an eligible PSN account with a phone number. After binding, both accounts will share the same game progress.
Q3: Which accounts can be bound?
Binding requirements (must meet ONE of the following):
- PSN account has never logged into Arknights Endfield
- Phone number has never registered a Hypergryph Pass
How it works:
- If PSN account never logged in: You can bind an existing Hypergryph Pass phone number to this PSN account
- If phone number never registered: You can bind a PSN account (that has logged in) to this phone number, and it will auto-register a Hypergryph Pass
⚠️ Cannot bind: If PSN account has already logged in AND phone number already has Hypergryph Pass registered, binding is not possible.
Q4: How to bind accounts?
Scenario 1: You have progress on iOS/Android/PC, want to bind to a new PSN account
- On PlayStation®, use a PSN account that has never logged into the game
- Launch the game for the first time
- A binding popup will appear after accepting the user agreement
- Bind your existing Hypergryph Pass phone number (manual or QR code)
⚠️ Important: The binding popup only appears on first login. If you skip it and choose quick login, the PSN account will auto-register a new Hypergryph Pass, preventing binding to your existing account.
Scenario 2: You have progress on PlayStation®, want to bind to a new phone number
- Log into the game on PlayStation®
- Go to Settings → Platform & Account → User Center → Bind Phone
- Bind a phone number that has never registered a Hypergryph Pass
Q5: Can I unbind after binding?
Yes, you can unbind through the Hypergryph Pass User Center. However, each Pass account can only unbind a PSN account once. Please proceed carefully.
Q6: If binding popup was interrupted, what happens?
If the binding popup was closed due to an error, it will appear again on your next login.
Q7: Can I log in with PSN on PC, or with Hypergryph Pass on PlayStation?
Not currently supported. Regardless of binding status:
- iOS/Android/PC: Can only log in with Hypergryph Pass
- PlayStation®: Can only log in with PSN account
Q8: Can a PSN account with existing progress bind to an existing Hypergryph Pass?
No. A PSN account with game progress has already auto-registered a Hypergryph Pass, so it cannot bind to another existing Pass.
Q9: How to check my bound phone number?
Go to Settings → Platform & Account → User Center to view your bound phone number.
Q10: Can one PSN/phone bind multiple accounts?
No. Each PSN account can only bind to one phone number, and each Hypergryph Pass phone number can only bind to one PSN account.
Q11: I missed the first login binding popup. Can I still bind?
The binding popup only appears on first login. If you missed it, the PSN account has already auto-registered a Hypergryph Pass, so you cannot bind an existing registered phone number through User Center.
Solution: Use a new PSN account that has never logged in, and complete binding through the first login popup.
Q12: Can I bind non-mainland China PSN accounts?
Currently, Hypergryph Pass only supports binding to mainland China PSN accounts. Non-mainland PSN accounts need to bind with Gryphline accounts for their respective regions.
Q13: Will progress from iOS/Android/PC unlock PlayStation trophies?
Yes! After binding accounts, when you log in on PlayStation®, you will unlock the corresponding platform trophies based on your shared progress.
Pre-order Bonus FAQ
Q1: When will PlayStation Store pre-order bonus be delivered?
Pre-order bonuses will be delivered to your game character after the official PS5 launch, based on the Hypergryph Pass you used when first entering the game on PlayStation®.
Friends List FAQ
Q1: How does the friends list work after cross-platform sync?
After syncing, you'll have two friend lists:
- Arknights Endfield Friends: Visible on all platforms
- PlayStation™Network Friends: Only visible when logged in on PlayStation®
Q2: What's the difference between the two friend lists?
- Arknights Endfield Friends: In-game friends you added
- PSN Friends: Your PSN account's friends
Q3: What interactions are supported?
